Jonathan Cao Wins Juniors Singing Comp At IMTA

Our superstar Mr. Jonathan Cao stole the spotlight at this year’s IMTA convention in New York! If you lend me your eyeballs, I will tell you all about it.
Of course, our dapper young Jonathan dazzled everyone with his natty attire all weekend, and brought bright-eyed, exuberant energy to the stage. He crooned and serenaded his way into the competition finals, and was crowned the Overall Winner of the Juniors Singing competition! As if that weren’t enough glory for one weekend, he also finished as the 1st Runner Up for the On-Camera Host competition. Oh, but he didn’t stop there. Not only did he croon his way to the top of Juniors Singing, he also acted, modelled and improvised his way into recognition in several other categories. He was awarded Honorable Mention in the following four categories:
- Improvisation
- Jeans Runway
- Screen Test
- Voice-Over
This young man seems like a can’t-stop-won’t-stop kind of guy, doesn’t he? Most importantly, Jonathan had almost 20 agent and manager call-backs as a result of his performance! Ultimately, that’s what the IMTA competitions are all about. It’s a thrilling opportunity to compete with peers on stages, sets, and runways too. But each participant has the prime opportunity to get their raw talent and energy in front of the big names who are hiring in Hollywood and beyond. We are certainly pleased with how many people are blowing up Jonathan’s phone right now, all because he was able to attend the convention!
This young talent has such a bright future ahead of him, don’t you think?
